This policy is required because the MICROPHONE and CAMERA permissions are used by the app.
Any data from the microphone and or camera is used within the app only for the purpose of the app functionality.
For the Flashlight app, there is a screen where the display responds to sounds, hence the android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO permission. The LED for the flashlight is controlled through the camera functions, hence the android.permission.CAMERA permission.
